I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While there were plenty of entertainment options and it was conveniently located near the convention center, the place really showed signs of aging and lacked proper maintenance. The power failure during my stay was unfortunate, but I can't fault the hotel since it was due to a severe storm. The shuttle service to the nearby Termas was limited, which made getting around a little inconvenient.
